Membership Rates

Hourly

  • Class I Areas: Cooking and Baking (equivalent to 1 Time Unit) - $15.00/hour 

  • Class II Areas: Prep, Dish & Ware Washing, Flash-Freezing, and Weigh, Pack, Seal (Portioning) (equivalent to 2/3 Time Unit) - $10.00/hour

  • Full Kitchen Use - $30.00/hour (equivalent to 2 Time Units)

  • Ghost Kitchen Use - $5.00/hour surcharge during operation
